At Rare World Collectibles, every product is made especially for you using a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we follow a carefully defined refund and return policy. Please read it fully before placing an order.
Returns
Since our products are custom-printed after an order is placed:
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind
- We do not offer exchanges once an order is confirmed
We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds (Eligible Cases Only)
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect product (wrong item or design)
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders placed using incorrect or incomplete address details
- Orders refused at delivery
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the claim does not meet our eligibility criteria.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order
- Cancellation approval depends on the production status
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- Mention your order number and issue details
